Exchange & Returns
Exchange or return is available within 48 hours only in cases of manufacturing defects and under the following conditions:
- Additional shipping fees apply for collecting returned items.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tag attached.
- Refunds are processed within 20 days via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash after completing the quality inspection.
Important Notes
- Partial receive is not allowed. Orders must be received or returned as a whole.
