Inspection, Exchange & Return Policy

Inspection

You’re allowed to inspect your order with the courier for up to 10 minutes before accepting it.

Exchange & Returns

Exchange or return is available within 14 days only in cases of manufacturing defects and under the following conditions:

1. Additional shipping fees apply for collecting returned items.

2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original tag attached.

3. Refunds are processed within 20 days via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, after the completion of a quality inspection.

* Partial receive is not allowed, receive all or returned as a whole.

* Ordering multiple sizes or models to choose from is not allowed.
